Lamp beads are formed over the glass lamp. Glass rods are made by lamp on wire, which is took away after cooling of the bead. Then lampwork beads are decorating with chiped glass, glass wire, glass thin sticks or tiny beads.
Glass beads were used primarily to manufacture rosaries. The winding technology of glass produced since 1930 also made figures by lamp work technic.
